Lady Gaga's second worldwide concert tour in support of her extended play The Fame Monster (2009) and The Fame (2008). Described as "the first-ever pop-electro opera" by Gaga, the tour kicked off in Montreal Quebec November 2009 and became the highest grossing tour in history by a debut headlining artist.
